If editing permission is needed, will have to log-in with Microsoft Account but formatted: townofclaytonnc\WindowsUsername

Updating to ArcGIS Pro 3.1 seems to have fixed the issue!

The town's ArcGIS Online account can be found at the following location:

In ArcGIS Pro, in the Catalog tab, navigate to "Portal" to add features from ArcGIS Online account

The lists below show the location that should contain the most accurate and up to-date version of a particular dataset.
